Is there a contract?

No. Pay monthly and cancel whenever you like, or pay yearly and get two months free. If we ever change what your plan costs, we tell you well ahead of time.

How does the free trial work?

You get 14 days of Grow with no card needed to explore. Pick a plan any time. If the trial ends without one, you move to Core and keep all your data.

Who counts as a user?

Anyone who signs in to SKUFlow to work on orders: owners, sales, art and production staff. Your customers never count, whether they approve proofs, use the designer or order from a store.

What happens if I run out of AI credits?

AI features pause until your allowance resets next month, or you can buy a credit pack. Packs last a year. There are never surprise charges for AI.

Are there payment processing fees?

Customer payments run through Stripe, into your own Stripe account, at Stripe's processing rates.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, any time from Settings. Upgrades start right away. If you downgrade, nothing is deleted: features outside your plan wait for you.
