Bring your records over
Upload spreadsheets from Printavo or anywhere else: customers, contacts, addresses, your price list, quotes, invoices, payments and notes, as CSV or Excel files. SKUFlow suggests the column mapping with AI, shows a dry run with every problem before anything is saved, and imports in the background. Undo is there for 7 days.

Connect suppliers and set your prices
Connect your supplier accounts (Connect and up) to import blanks with live cost and stock, then enter your decoration methods and price matrices once. Quotes, the online designer and stores all price from them.

Switch over
On switch-over day, run the import again with fresh files: it updates the records instead of duplicating them, and imported records stay quiet (no reminders or automations) until you release them. Invite your team and cancel Printavo when you are ready.

Is SKUFlow cheaper than Printavo?

Can I import my Printavo data?
Yes, from files. SKUFlow's importer reads CSV and Excel files of customers, contacts, addresses, your price list, quotes, invoices, payments and notes, suggests the column mapping with AI and shows a dry run first. There is no ready-made Printavo preset yet, so you check the mapping once and SKUFlow remembers it.
Does SKUFlow have a production schedule like Printavo's Power Scheduler?
Yes, on every plan. Each decoration on an order is a job on the production board; you set up your presses and machines with their speed, hours and work days, and SKUFlow suggests a schedule by capacity. Jobs wait until art, payment and goods are ready.
Does SKUFlow charge a fee on payments?
No. Customers pay by card or bank through your own Stripe account, and Stripe's processing fee is the only fee.
