How does SKUFlow know how long a job takes?
From the press. Each press, embroidery machine or printer has the methods it runs, units per hour, setup minutes, hours a day and work days. A job's estimate is the setup plus its pieces at that speed.
Can I override a gate?
Yes. Start production anyway and the gates still closed are waived, or mark the art approved or the payment waived on the order.
What about work I send out?
Jobs for outsourced methods go to their decorator instead of your presses. They're bought on a decoration purchase order and come back done when it's received.
Can customers see where their order is?
Yes. Their portal shows each order's stage in plain words, such as art approval, payment, in production, ready or shipped, with the in-hands date and tracking.
