Open the team store Monday. Print one batch when it closes.

What owners tell us

Order forms on paper and in texts
The coach hands me a stack of forms, half the sizes are missing and three parents paid in cash. Then I count every size by hand.
Names and numbers are a mess
Every jersey has a different name and number. One typo and I'm reprinting a shirt.
Late orders after the deadline
We close the order, place the blank order, and then five more parents want in.

How SKUFlow helps

Built around the way your work gets done

A store in a few steps

Pick team or fundraiser, add the products from your catalog, set the price (your price or your price plus a markup, rounded to .99), the opening day and the deadline. It gets its own address with the team's colors and logo.

Online stores

Names and numbers on each piece

Add personalisation fields to a product, like a name and a number, each with its own price. Parents type them at checkout and they stay with that piece through the batch.

Online stores

Fundraisers with a goal

Set a goal and the share of each sale that goes to the team. The store shows a progress bar, and the store page shows what has been raised.

Online stores

One batch when it closes

Orders close at the end of the deadline day. The batch adds up units per product, color and size, keeps personalised pieces apart, and becomes one production order with the blanks to buy.

Team & school stores questions

Something else on your mind? Ask us and a person will answer.

Do parents pay online?

Yes. With online payment the store uses Stripe Checkout on your own Stripe account, so the money goes to you, and an order is placed once the payment is confirmed. SKUFlow takes no fee on it.

Can a store be private?

Yes. A store can be public, behind one shared password, open to email addresses at a school or club domain, or invite only, with a personal link per person.

How do the shirts get to the team?

Choose any mix of shipping to each buyer, one bulk delivery to the team, or pickup at your shop, each with a note shown at checkout.

Can I reopen a store for late orders?

Yes. A closed store can be reopened with a new deadline when the team wants a second round.
