What file types can I use for artwork?
PNG, JPEG, SVG and PDF, up to 10 MB each. SKUFlow measures each file for size, resolution, transparency and colors. PDFs are kept and printed from, but they can't be drawn into mockups, so they show as a labeled box.
Do customers need to sign in to approve?
No. They open the quote link, look at each proof and approve the quote with their name. Approving records the name, time, address and browser with the proof.
What happens when a customer asks for changes?
The proof and the quote are marked Changes requested, with their note. Fix the design and send the quote again: a new proof version goes out and the old one is kept as replaced.
Can staff approve on the customer's behalf?
Yes, for approvals given over the phone or by email. The record says it was recorded by staff.
