Which decoration methods can I price?
Screen printing, embroidery, DTG, DTF, heat transfer vinyl, sublimation, laser engraving, pad printing, UV printing and large format print. Each starts with typical shop prices that you edit to match your own, and you can add as many methods as you run.
Does it know my blank costs?
Yes. Products come from your catalog, either typed in or imported from your suppliers, and each size carries its cost and its price. Staff with access to costing see cost, profit and margin on every line; customers and other staff never do.
What if I send some work out?
Mark the method as outsourced and give it your decorator's price list. Quotes then show your real cost for that decoration, and the order can make the purchase order to the decorator.
Will a quote change if prices go up?
No. A saved quote keeps the prices it was sent with. It is only priced again when you change the product, sizes or design on it.
Can customers approve without an account?
Yes. They open a private link, compare the options, type their name to approve and can pay the deposit there. No account or password needed.
