Is the price the customer sees final?
It's an estimate from your own price tables, and the page says so. You confirm the price with a quote and the art with a proof before anything is made.
What can customers add to a design?
Text in a choice of fonts and colors, single-color clipart from the built-in library or your own clipart, and their own artwork as PNG, JPEG or SVG. You decide which of those your page allows.
Do I need a SKUFlow website to use it?
No. The designer has its own page on SKUFlow that you can link to from any website, email or social post.
Can people order and pay from the designer?
Not directly. A finished design comes to you as a request, so you can check the art and send a proper quote. For ready-made products with checkout, use an online store.
