What owners tell us
Six shirts here, twelve hoodies there. Each one is a message, a file, a price and a payment I'm tracking by myself.
A blurry screenshot with a white box around it. I find out when I go to print the transfer.
A 4 inch left chest and a 12 by 16 back shouldn't cost the same, but my price list can't keep up.
How SKUFlow helps
Built around the way your work gets done
Priced by print size or square inch
Set size bands for DTF and DTG (up to 4×4, 12×16 and so on) or a rate per square inch for gang sheets. DTG can add a pretreat charge for dark garments. The quote picks the band the print fits.
Quotes & decoration pricingCustomers design it themselves
Your online designer lets visitors add text, clipart or their own upload on the products you choose, see an estimated price, and send it to you as a request ready to quote.
Online designerArt checks before you print
Every upload is measured. SKUFlow flags low resolution at the print size and a missing transparent background for DTF, so you ask for a better file before the transfer is wasted.
Art approval & proofsLabels without leaving the order
Rate shop, buy and print the label from the order, on SKUFlow's carrier account or your own EasyPost or Shippo. Tracking moves the order to shipped and the customer can follow it.
ShippingDTF & DTG printing questions
Something else on your mind? Ask us and a person will answer.
Can I price DTF gang sheets?
Yes. A DTF method can price by size band or by a rate per square inch of the print, so a gang sheet or a single transfer is priced from its size.
Is the online designer included?
Yes, on every plan. You choose which products and print methods it offers and whether visitors can add text, clipart and their own uploads. Prices come from your own table.
Do I have to approve every designer submission?
A submitted design arrives as a request. You turn it into a quote in one click, and the customer approves the proof with the quote, so nothing goes to print without a yes.
