What owners tell us
A customer wants a left chest and a big back logo on caps and polos. I'm estimating stitches, adding digitizing, and hoping I didn't forget the puff.
The company reorders and we're digging through email for the file and the thread colors we used.
Everything is due the same Friday. I don't see it coming until the week is already full.
How SKUFlow helps
Built around the way your work gets done
Stitch-band pricing with your fees
Price per piece by stitch band and quantity, add every started 1,000 stitches past your last band, and charge digitizing once per design location. 3D puff is a surcharge, and a logo that is already digitized skips the fee.
Quotes & decoration pricingEvery customer's logos in one library
Each customer has an artwork library with every version of their files. Reorders start from the design you made last time, already placed on the product.
Art approval & proofsMockups the customer approves
Place the logo on the cap or polo in the design editor and SKUFlow renders the mockup. It goes out with the quote as a proof to comment on or approve.
Art approval & proofsMachine capacity, day by day
Add your embroidery machines with their speed, set-up time and hours. Plan jobs onto them, rush first, and see the days that are over capacity before you promise a date.

Something else on your mind? Ask us and a person will answer.
How does SKUFlow know the stitch count?
You enter it on the placement when you know it. Designs from your online designer get an estimate from the size of the art, which you check before quoting.
Can I charge digitizing only once?
Yes. The digitizing fee is per design location and charged once per design on a quote, not per piece. Mark a placement as already digitized and the fee stays off.
Will it warn me about bad logo files?
Yes. Raster art for embroidery and low resolution at the stitched size are flagged when the file is placed.
Do you send work to the machine?
No. SKUFlow doesn't create or send stitch files; keep using your digitizing software. It handles the quote, the proof, the order and the schedule around it.
