What owners tell us

Every banner is a math problem
3 by 8 feet, grommets every two feet, hemmed edges, double-sided. I redo the square footage and the grommet count every time.
Tiny jobs that lose money
A single 18 by 24 sign takes as much time as ten. I forget my minimum and end up working for free.
The art doesn't fit the size
They send a square logo for a long banner, and we only notice the text is in the hem after it's printed.

How SKUFlow helps

Built around the way your work gets done

Priced by size and material

Each material has a price per square foot. Grommets are counted from the spacing and edges, hems and pole pockets priced per linear foot, double-sided adds its percent, and every piece is lifted to your minimum.

Quotes & decoration pricing

A proof drawn to scale

The design editor shows the piece at its real proportions with fit or fill, bleed and safe-area guides and grommet markers. The customer approves that proof with the quote.

Art approval & proofs

Layout fees charged once

Add a design or layout fee per design, charged once on the quote, not per piece.

Rush jobs on the schedule

Add your printers with their speed and hours. Rush orders and the earliest in-hands dates go first, and you see the full days before you promise tomorrow.

Signs & large format questions

Something else on your mind? Ask us and a person will answer.

Can I set a minimum charge?

Yes. Each large format product has its own minimum charge, and a piece that prices under it is lifted to it automatically.

How are grommets counted?

From the spacing you set and the edges you choose (all, top and bottom, left and right, or top), with each corner counted once.

Can I limit sizes per product?

Yes. Set a minimum and maximum width and height for each product, and SKUFlow flags a size outside them on the quote.
