Introducing SKUFlow
Selling decorated merchandise means juggling a lot of moving parts. A single order for team hoodies can touch a pricing spreadsheet, a proofing email thread, two supplier websites, a whiteboard on the shop floor and a shipping account. SKUFlow brings those parts into one place.
Who it is for
SKUFlow is being built for two kinds of business:
- In-house decoration shops: screen printers, embroiderers and DTG or DTF shops that decorate on their own equipment.
- Promo distributors: businesses that sell apparel and promotional products and send the decoration out.
What we are building
- Quotes with decoration pricing for screen print, embroidery, DTG, DTF, heat transfer, sublimation and laser.
- Art approval and proofs your customers sign off from their phone.
- An online product designer where customers pick a product and colour, add text, clipart or their own art, and see a live price.
- Supplier catalogs with live inventory and pricing from S&S Activewear, SanMar and alphabroder, and promo suppliers through PromoStandards.
- Purchase orders to suppliers and outside decorators.
- A production board grouped by decoration method and press.
- Shipping, with labels and tracking.
- Online stores for companies, teams and fundraisers, with group ordering, deadlines and batch fulfilment.
- A website builder, Stripe payments and QuickBooks and Xero sync.
AI-first from the start
Every capability in SKUFlow is built so an AI assistant can operate it too, through MCP (the Model Context Protocol), with the same permissions as the person using it.
Early access
