Use the pricebook
Keep the decoration services, products and fees you sell in one list, with their price and cost, and add them to quotes in a click.
The pricebook is your list of things you sell at a set price: decoration services, supplies and products, and fees such as rush, art or shipping. Add one to a quote or invoice and its description, price and cost come with it. Owners and admins can change the pricebook; everyone can view it.
Open it from Inventory → Pricebook in the menu.

Add an item
Click New item
On the Pricebook page, click New item.
Choose the kind
Under Kind, choose Decoration, Product or Fee.
Fill it in
Enter the Name, Code / SKU, Category and Unit, then the Price and your Cost. SKUFlow shows the Margin as you type. Untick Taxable for items you don't charge tax on.
Save
Click Create item. It's ready to add to quotes.
Organize with categories
Under Categories, click Add category to group items (for example "Fees" or "Embroidery"). A category can sit inside a Parent category. Deleting a category moves its items and sub-categories up to its parent; no item is deleted.
Import or export
Click Import CSV to bring in a list, or Export CSV to download yours. To move from another system, see Imports.
Add pricebook items to a quote
In the quote builder, click Add from pricebook and choose the item. The line takes the item's price; you can change the quantity and price on the quote. The cost is kept with the line for margin reports.
Garments and promo products in their colors and sizes are Products, not pricebook items: they're priced with decoration through Add product. See Quote a decorated product.
