Quotes & pricing

Price decorated products, build quotes with options and get them approved online.

Quotes turn a request into a price. Add products in their colors and sizes with decoration, and SKUFlow prices each print, stitch or transfer from your price tables and quantity breaks. Offer good, better and best options, ask for a deposit, and send the quote for online approval. When the customer approves, turn it into an invoice and an order.

You'll find requests and quotes under Sales in the menu. Each customer's page lists theirs too.

How it fits together

A request (REQ-) is what someone asked for: "150 navy tees with a front print by May 10".
You convert it to a quote (Q-), add products and decoration, and send it.
The customer approves it online (or you record their approval), and pays a deposit if you asked for one.
You convert the approved quote to an invoice (INV-) and make an order for production.

Quote statuses

Status	What it means
Draft	Not sent yet. Only your team can see it.
Awaiting approval	Sent. The customer can approve it, ask for changes or decline.
Changes requested	The customer asked for changes. Edit the quote and send it again.
Approved	The customer (or your team, for them) approved it.
Converted	Approved and turned into an invoice.
Declined	The customer said no.
Expired	The Valid until date passed before the customer answered.
Archived	Put away. The customer link no longer works.
