Send a quote
Email or text a quote to your customer, or share its private link yourself, so they can approve it online.
Sending a quote gives your customer a private link where they can see it, choose an option and approve, ask for changes or decline. You can email or text it from SKUFlow, or copy the link and send it your own way. Owners, admins and staff can send quotes.
A quote can be sent once it has at least one line and its Valid until date hasn't passed.

Choose how to send it
Under Send by, choose email or text, and pick the address or number under Send to. SKUFlow shows whether the customer's consent allows it.
Check the message
Edit the Subject (for email) and the Message. The link to the quote is included for you, and emails go out in your branded layout with your logo.
Send
Click Send. The quote moves to Awaiting approval.
Send emails or texts your customer right away. During your quiet hours the message waits until they end, and the dialog says when it will go.
Share the link yourself
To send the quote from your own email, a chat or a printout:
- Open the quote and click Copy customer link (or Copy link under Customer link).
- Paste the link wherever you like.
- Click Mark as sent, so the quote shows as Awaiting approval.
Anyone with the link can view and answer the quote, so share it only with your customer. Print gives you a printable copy.
Proofs go out with the quote
If the quote has designs, sending it also sends a proof of each design that doesn't have one yet, or that changed since its last proof. The customer sees the proofs on the quote page. See Artwork & proofs.
Replace the link
If a link went to the wrong person, click Replace link under Customer link. The old link stops working at once; send the new one.
Send it again
To send a reminder or a changed quote, click Send quote again, or Mark as sent after sharing it yourself. On the Connect plan and up, automations can follow up on quotes for you.
