Quote a decorated product
Add a product to a quote in its colors and sizes with a design, and let SKUFlow price the blanks, the decoration and the one-time fees.
A product line is how you quote decorated goods: 48 tees in black and white across S to 2XL with a front print, or 250 embroidered caps. Pick the product, its design and the quantities, and SKUFlow prices it from the product's prices and your decoration price tables. The price updates as you go.
Before you start, the product needs to be in Products (Products & catalog). A design with artwork on it is optional; you can quote a blank.

Open the product picker
In the quote builder, under Line items, click Add product.
Find the product
Search by name, style, brand or SKU and pick it.
Choose the design
Under Design, choose one of the customer's designs, a design any customer can use, or None (blank). To make one now, choose New design (opens a new tab); see Designs & mockups.
Enter the quantities
Under Quantities by colour and size, type how many of each color and size. Sizes that cost more (such as 2XL and up) are priced at their own price.
Check the price
The Price panel shows each line's quantity, unit price and total, the Decoration per location (method, colors or stitches, price per piece) and the One-time fees such as screens or digitizing. Click Waive next to a fee to leave it off, for example on a reorder.
Add it to the quote
Change the Line label if you like (it shows before the sizes; the product's name by default), then click Add to quote.
How the price is worked out
- Each piece is the blank's price for its color and size plus every print location's price per piece.
- The quantity break is the design's total on the option, across every line with that design. So 24 black and 24 white tees with the same print are priced at the 48-piece break.
- One-time fees (screens, digitizing, art) are charged once per design per option.
- Dark garments add the underbase or dark-garment surcharge your table sets.
SKUFlow works the price out again when you save. A saved quote keeps its prices: later changes to supplier costs, pricing rules or your price tables don't move it. Change the line's inputs and it's priced again.
Large format prints
For a banner or sign material priced per square foot, the picker asks for the Material, Width (in) and Height (in), the Quantity, Double-sided and any Finishing.
Change a product line
Click Change product line on the line, adjust it and click Update line.
When a design changes after its mockups were made, the line says so. New mockups are made when a proof is sent. See Artwork & proofs.
