Imports

Switching to SKUFlow doesn't mean starting from scratch. The Import your data wizard brings in your customers, contacts, addresses, pricebook, open quotes, balances and history from the files your old software exports, or from a spreadsheet you keep. You do it yourself, in one sitting, and you can undo it for 7 days.

1. Source: choose Other spreadsheet (Printavo, DecoNetwork, InkSoft, Housecall Pro, any other tool or your own sheet), Jobber or ServiceTitan.
2. Export: follow the steps to export each list from your old system.
3. Upload: add the files. SKUFlow recognizes what each one holds.
4. Map: check which SKUFlow field each column goes to. AI fills in the ones SKUFlow doesn't know.
5. Preview: a dry run shows what will be created and any problems. Nothing is written.
6. Import: SKUFlow imports in the background. Nothing is sent to customers.
7. Review: see the results, undo for 7 days, or re-run with fresh exports.
8. Cutover: once your old system stops, invite your team, ask customers for cards again and turn on messaging.

• Only owners and admins can import. Open Settings → Import your data. A new business is also offered Import my data right after it's named.
• Files can be CSV, TSV or Excel (.xlsx), up to 25 MB each and 100,000 rows per sheet.
• Every plan can import.
• Plan to run the import twice: once now to set things up, and again on cutover day with fresh exports. Nothing is duplicated.
