Take quote requests online
Turn on your online request form so customers can ask for a quote from your website, social pages or a link you share.
Your online request form is a page on the web, with your name and logo, where anyone can ask you for a quote. They tell you what they need, where it ships and when they need it, and the request lands in Sales → Requests for your team.

Turn it on
Owners and admins can turn the form on or off.
Open the settings
Open Settings → Online requests.
Switch it on
Turn on Accept online quote requests. The page reads Taking online requests.
Share the link
Click Copy request link and put it on your website, your social pages or your email signature. Open form shows it the way customers see it.
You can also copy the link from the Requests page with Copy request link. A SKUFlow website's request section and widgets send requests to the same place. See Website.
What customers fill in
- Full name, and a Phone or an Email (at least one).
- Ship-to address: where the order ships or is picked up.
- What you need and Describe your order: products, quantities, colors, sizes, their logo or artwork.
- Needed by: the in-hands date (optional).
They click Send request and see a reference number (REQ-). The form has built-in protection against spam and repeated submissions.
Turn it off
Turn off Accept online quote requests. The link then shows a not-found page and takes no requests.
