Set up decoration pricing
Set your decoration methods and their price tables by quantity, with one-time fees, surcharges and costs, so quotes price themselves.
Decoration methods are how you decorate (screen print, embroidery, DTF, DTG, heat transfer, sublimation, laser engraving, pad print, UV print, large format) and what each costs your customer. Quotes price every decorated product from these tables, so set them up before you quote. Owners and admins can change them; everyone else can view them and try the calculator.
Open Settings → Decoration. SKUFlow starts you with typical methods and prices to edit; they're a starting point, not advice.

Each row is a quantity break (From qty); each cell is the price per piece for that column. A row applies from its quantity up to the next row. Use Add quantity break and the add-column button (Add colour column, Add stitch band, Add size band) to shape it.
Add fees and surcharges
Under One-time fees, set what's charged once per design: Set-up per colour, per location (screens), Set-up per location, Digitizing, Art fee, Design / layout fee and a Minimum charge. Click Show all fees and surcharges for the rest.
Under Surcharges, set the extras per piece: White underbase on dark garments (none, Counts as an extra colour or Charge per piece), Dark garment surcharge, 3D puff, Per 1,000 stitches beyond the last band, and Double-sided for large format.
Try it in the calculator
Under Price calculator, enter a Quantity and the colors, stitches or print size, tick options such as Dark garment, Already digitized or Set-up waived (reorder), and check the price per piece and total. Nothing is saved.

How a price is chosen
- Quantity break: the row with the highest From qty at or under the quantity. Under the first break, the first row applies, and the Minimum charge covers small orders.
- Column: the first column that holds the design (enough colors, stitches or print size). Embroidery past the last band adds Per 1,000 stitches beyond the last band.
- Dark garments: a color counts as dark (black, navy, maroon, forest and the like) and adds the underbase or dark-garment surcharge.
Add your costs
Owners and admins can add a Cost table: what decorating costs you, in the same shape as the price table. Click Start from the price table or Start blank. For an outsourced method, enter the decorator's price list. Quotes then show your cost and margin. Without a cost table, decoration cost counts as $0.
