Invoices & payments
Invoice approved work, take cards and bank payments, and follow up on what's owed.
An approved quote becomes an invoice in one click, or you can create one by hand. Send it by email or text, let customers pay online by card or bank through Stripe, record cash and checks, refund when you need to, and see at a glance what's outstanding and overdue.
You'll find them under Billing → Invoices and Billing → Payments in the menu. Each customer's page lists their invoices and balance too.
Invoice statuses
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Draft | Not sent yet. The customer can't see it. |
| Sent | With the customer and waiting for payment. |
| Overdue | Sent and past its due date. SKUFlow moves it here for you. |
| Paid | Paid in full. SKUFlow marks it paid when the payments cover the total. |
| Cancelled | Called off. A cancelled invoice takes no payments but stays on record. |
An invoice with some money received shows Partially paid beside its status.
