A design is a product with artwork placed on it: where each print or embroidery goes, its method, size and ink colors or stitches. The design editor prices every placement from your decoration price tables and renders mockups of the product in each color, which you use on quotes, proofs and online stores.
Designs belong to a customer (their team logo on a hoodie) or to your business (a shop design you sell in a store). A customer's designs are offered first when you quote them.

Who can do what
Owners, admins and staff can create and change designs. Members can see them. Cost and margin show only to owners and admins.
Before you start
- Add the product to your catalog. See Products & catalog.
- Set up your decoration methods and price tables in Settings → Decoration. See Quotes & pricing.
- Upload the customer's art, or do it from the editor. See Upload artwork.
