Manage your store (for store managers)

Your shop set up a store for you and made you its manager. You manage it on the store's own site.

1. Go to your store's address followed by /manage (the shop's email has the link).
2. Type your email and click Send code.
3. Type the 6-digit code from the email (or tap the link in it). The code lasts 10 minutes.

You stay signed in on that device for 30 days. Click the sign-out button to leave.

What you can doCopy Anchor Link

• Products: show or hide items, move them up, choose their category, take them out, and add the products the shop prepared for you.
• Orders: see your store's orders and Export CSV for a spreadsheet.
• Store page: the banner title, welcome text, banner picture, logo, contact details and categories.
• Shoppers: who can shop (anyone, a password, your company email or invited people), the password, invitations and the allowance per person when your store has one.
• Open store / Close store: closing stops orders; the shop is told.

Prices are set by the shop. For a new design, ask the shop.

If you sell your own items through the shop:

• New item: pick a product, colours and where your artwork goes, upload your artwork (PNG, JPEG or SVG), name it and set your selling price. It can't be lower than the base price (what the shop charges you). The shop may check your artwork before the item goes live.
• Products: change your selling price with Set price.
• Earnings: what your sales earned (your price minus the base price, per piece), what the shop owes you and what it paid.
