Choose who can shop
Make a store public, or keep it private with a password, a work email domain or personal invite links.
Decide who can get into the store. A private store shows only its branding until the shopper gets past the gate.
Change who can enter
- Open the store and click the Settings tab.
- Under Access, choose Who can enter.
- Click Save changes.

| Anyone with the link | No gate. |
| Password | They type the store's password. |
| Email at the organization | They type an email at one of your Email domains, for example acme.com. |
| Invited people only | Each person opens the store with their own invite link. |
With Email at the organization, the email address isn't checked: anyone who types an address at that domain gets in. Use Invited people only when it matters, for example for allowances.
Changing the password, the access option or the email domains sends every shopper back to the gate.
Invite people
For a store set to Invited people only:
Add the people
On the Settings tab, under Access, enter their Email addresses and click Invite.
Share their links
Click Copy link next to each person and send it to them yourself. Each link is that person's key to the store.

SKUFlow doesn't email the invite links. Send them from your own email, or give them to the person organizing the store.
To take someone out, click Remove invite. Their link stops working.
