Add and price products
Add products to a store and set the colors and sizes offered, prices, size upcharges, decoration, mockups and names and numbers.
Each product in a store has its own settings: which colors and sizes shoppers can choose, its price, the decoration and its mockups. Prices are always worked out by SKUFlow, so shoppers can't change them.
Owners, admins and staff can manage store products.
Add products
- Open the store and click the Products tab.
- Click Add products, search your catalog and tick the products.
- Click Add (for example Add 3 products).
Edit a product
Click Edit on a product's row.
Editing a store product: colors, sizes, pricing, decoration and personalization

- Name in the store, Category and Shown in the store (turn it off to hide the product without removing it).
- Colours offered and Sizes offered: leave them all to offer every color and size.
- Pricing: The store's pricing, Catalog price, Catalog + markup (with its Markup (%)) or Fixed price (the all-in price).
- Size upcharges: extra for larger sizes, such as 2XL and 3XL.
- Decoration: a name for the decoration (for example "Left chest logo") and the Decoration price per unit, added to catalog and markup prices.
- Design: one of the product's designs. Its mockups show in the store after any pictures you upload. See Designs & mockups.
- Decorated mockups: upload pictures of the decorated item for each color. They're shown before the catalog's pictures.
- Personalisation: tick Name (up to 12 letters, $5.00) or Number (up to 2 digits, $3.00) to let shoppers add them.
Click Save.
The decoration price you enter is what shoppers pay. Picking a design shows its mockups but doesn't change the price.
How store prices add up
- The product's catalog price (or your markup on it), plus the decoration price. A fixed price already includes everything.
- Plus any size upcharge.
- Rounded up to .99 if you chose that.
- Plus names and numbers.
Remove a product
Click Edit, then Remove from store. Orders already placed keep their lines.
