Choose how shoppers pay
Take card payments, bill the company with a draft invoice and approval, or give each person an allowance the company pays for.
Each store has one checkout. Set it in the wizard, or on the store's Settings tab under Checkout and pricing.
Shoppers pay by card
Shoppers pay at checkout on Stripe, straight into your connected Stripe account. The order is placed once the payment arrives. If the shopper doesn't finish paying, the order is cancelled (after three hours at most) and nothing is charged.
You need online payments set up first in Settings → Payments. See Invoices & payments.
Each shopper becomes a customer in SKUFlow (matched by email), with a paid invoice for their order.
Company invoice, with approval
The store's customer (the company) is billed. Each order makes a draft invoice for that customer, naming the store, the order, the buyer and any cost center or PO number they entered.
With Orders wait for approval on, each order waits for you to approve or reject it. See Manage store orders. Turn it off to place orders right away.
At checkout, shoppers can enter an Approver, Approver's email, Cost centre and PO number. These are saved on the order; the approver isn't emailed.
Company-paid allowance
Each person spends from an Allowance per person and the company is billed, like the company invoice. An order bigger than what's left of the allowance can't be placed. Rejected and cancelled orders give the allowance back.
Use Invited people only for allowance stores so each person can only spend their own allowance. See Choose who can shop.
Fundraisers
For a fundraiser store, set the Fundraiser goal and the Share of each sale (%) that goes to the cause. The store shows shoppers a progress bar of what's been raised, and the store's Overview shows it too.
To fund the share without cutting into your margin, price the store with Catalog prices plus a markup.
What shoppers get
Shoppers get an email when their order is placed or is waiting for approval, and another when it's approved or not approved (with your reason). They're sent to the address entered at checkout.
