Manage store orders
See a store's orders, approve or reject company orders, mark orders fulfilled, ship them, cancel them and export a CSV.
Every order placed in a store gets a number (SO-1, SO-2…) and shows on the store's Orders tab.
Owners, admins and staff can manage store orders.

Order statuses
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Waiting for payment | The shopper is paying by card. Placed once the payment arrives. |
| Waiting for approval | A company order waiting for you to approve it. |
| Placed | Paid or approved. It counts in the batch. |
| Fulfilled | Shipped or handed over. |
| Rejected | You didn't approve it. |
| Cancelled | Cancelled by you, or the card payment never came. |
Approve or reject an order
For stores where orders wait for approval:
- On the Orders tab, find the order (filter by Status).
- Click Approve, or Reject with a Reason (it's sent to the shopper).
The shopper gets an email either way. An approved order's invoice stays a draft, so you can send it or combine it with others. A rejected order's invoice is cancelled.
Open an order
Click an order to see its items with colors, sizes and names and numbers, the delivery, the approver, cost center and PO number, and its invoice. Shopper's page opens the confirmation page the shopper sees.
Ship or hand over orders
- For an order shipped to the shopper, use the Shipments panel on the order to buy a label. The order becomes Fulfilled when its label is bought. See Buy a shipping label.
- For pickup or bulk delivery, click Mark fulfilled on the order, or Mark placed orders fulfilled on the Orders tab to do them all at once.
Cancel an order
Open the order and click Cancel order. Its unpaid invoice is cancelled too. A fulfilled order can't be cancelled.
An order paid by card can't be cancelled until you refund the payment. Refund it on the order's invoice first. See Invoices & payments.
Export orders
Click Export CSV on the Orders tab to download the store's orders, for your records or for the organizer.
