Online stores

Use your own domain

Connect an address you own, like shop.yourbusiness.com, to a store so shoppers, invite links and confirmations use it.

Every store has a SKUFlow address. You can also connect a domain you own, such as shop.yourbusiness.com. Once it's connected the store answers there, and invite links, order confirmations and checkout use it. Certificates are issued automatically.

Owners, admins and staff can connect a domain. You'll need access to where your domain is managed (GoDaddy, Namecheap, Cloudflare and so on).

Open the domain settings

Open the store, click the Settings tab and find Your own domain.

Add the domain

Type it in Domain and click Connect domain. SKUFlow shows two DNS records.

Add the records

Where your domain is managed, add both records exactly as shown (use Copy for each value). The TXT record proves the domain is yours; the CNAME sends shoppers to your store. If a record for that name already exists, replace it.

Check

Click Check now. DNS changes can take up to a few hours; SKUFlow keeps checking on its own.

A connected domain shows a "not found" page until the store is open.

With more than one domain, click Make main on the one shoppers' links should use.

Disconnect a domain

Click Disconnect and confirm. The domain stops showing your store at once, and links already sent with it stop working. The store keeps its SKUFlow address.
