Set delivery and tax
Offer shipping to each person, one delivery to the organization or pickup, set their prices and the store's sales tax.
Shoppers choose how they get their order at checkout. Offer one or more delivery options, each with a price and a note.
Set the delivery options
- Open the store and click the Settings tab.
- Under Delivery and tax, edit the options or click Add option.
- Click Save changes.
For each option:
- Type: Ship to each person, Deliver to the organization or Pickup.
- Shown as: the name shoppers see.
- Price: Free, Flat rate (with its Amount) or By order total (click Add rate for each step, for example free shipping over $100).
- Note for shoppers: for example "Ships within a week after the store closes" or the pickup address and hours.

New company and team stores start with delivery to the organization and pickup. Retail stores and fundraisers start with $8.99 shipping and pickup.
Sales tax
Enter the store's Sales tax (%). It's charged on goods and delivery, as on invoices; tax-exempt customers pay none.
To tax shipped orders by the shopper's address instead, tick Tax shipped orders by your tax rules for the address (Settings → Taxes). The store's rate is then used for pickup and bulk orders, and for addresses your tax rules don't cover. See Sales tax.

For orders shipped to each person, buy the label from the store order. See Buy a shipping label.
