Send an invoice
Email or text an invoice to your customer, share its private link or a QR code, and print it.
Sending an invoice gives your customer a private page with the invoice, the payments received and the balance due. If you take online payments, they can pay from it by card or bank. Owners, admins and staff can send invoices.

Choose how to send it
Under Send by, choose email or text, and pick the address or number under Send to. SKUFlow shows whether the customer's consent allows it.
Check the message and send
Edit the Subject and Message if you like; the link to the invoice is included for you. Click Send. The invoice moves to Sent.
Share the link yourself
Under Customer link on the invoice, click Copy invoice link and send it your own way. The customer sees the page once the invoice is sent, so if you shared the link of a draft, set its status to Sent too (Track what you're owed).
If the link went to the wrong person, click Replace link. The old one stops working.
Let them scan to pay
Click Scan to pay to show a QR code. The customer scans it with their phone's camera to open the invoice and pay online, handy at the counter when they pick up their order.
Print it
Click Print for a paper copy or a PDF.
Send a reminder
On a sent or overdue invoice, click Send reminder. Choose the channel, check the message and click Send. On the Connect plan and up, automations can remind customers about unpaid invoices for you.
Send the customer their portal
The customer portal shows every open invoice in one place. Share it from the customer's page.
