Compare SKUFlow's Core, Connect, Grow and Pro plans, with their users, features, AI credits, texts and emails.
SKUFlow has four plans. Each one includes everything in the plans before it. Yearly billing is two months free.

What each plan adds
Core — quote, invoice and get paid. Every plan includes requests, quotes, invoices and payments (including online payments through Stripe), customers, the pricebook, products and pricing rules, decoration methods, artwork, designs and proofs, orders and production, the customer portal and QR codes.
Connect adds:
- the online request form (Take quote requests online);
- automated reminders and follow-ups (Messaging & email);
- QuickBooks Online or Xero sync (Integrations);
- supplier catalogs: S&S Activewear, SanMar, alphabroder, JDS and PromoStandards suppliers (Products & catalog).
Grow adds:
- the website builder and a custom domain (Website);
- online stores for companies, teams and fundraisers (Online stores);
- Google reviews (Reviews);
- email and text marketing campaigns (Marketing);
- the Customer 360 lists (Customer 360);
- SKUFlow AI, the assistant (SKUFlow AI).
Pro adds:
- the API, MCP and webhooks (Developers);
- inventory and purchasing (Purchasing & inventory);
- business units (Business units).

Users, texts, emails and AI credits
- Users: everyone on your team, whatever their role, including pending invitations. See Users on your plan.
- AI credits pay for SKUFlow AI, review reply drafts, website writing and other AI drafts. They stop at your allowance; buy more with credit packs.
- Texts are counted per segment (160 characters). Past your allowance, extra texts are 2¢ per segment.
- Emails sent through SKUFlow email past your allowance are $2 per 1,000. Emails sent through your own email provider aren't counted.
