Turn on two-step verification
Protect your SKUFlow account with a code at sign-in, from an authenticator app, an email or a text message.
With two-step verification on, signing in needs your password and a code. Someone who learns your password still can't get in. Your account can see customer details and money, so we recommend it for everyone, and especially for owners and admins.
Open the menu under your name, click Account settings, then Security. The Two-factor authentication block is at the top.

Turn it on
Choose how to get your codes
Choose one:
- Use an authenticator app (such as Google Authenticator, 1Password or Authy): the safest choice.
- Email me a code: a code sent to your sign-in email.
- Text me a code: a code sent to your Mobile number.
Connect it
- For an authenticator app, scan the QR code with the app, or click Open in an authenticator app on the phone you're using.
- For email or text, click Send code.
Enter the code
Type the six-digit code and confirm.
Save your recovery codes
SKUFlow shows recovery codes. Copy them somewhere safe, such as a password manager: they let you sign in if you lose your phone. Then confirm you've saved them.
The block now reads "On. You will be asked for a code when you sign in."
Turn it off
Click Turn off two-factor authentication in the same block and confirm.
Turning it off makes your account easier to break into. If you've lost your phone, sign in with a recovery code and set it up again on your new phone.
