Who can do what
- Owners and admins connect and disconnect Google.
- Owners, admins and staff reply to reviews, choose locations and sync.
- Members can read reviews.
Ask everyone the same way. Google doesn't allow "review gating", where only happy customers are sent to Google. SKUFlow offers Google to every customer, whatever rating they gave.
