Users on your plan
How many people each SKUFlow plan includes, what counts as a user, and what happens when you reach the limit.
Each SKUFlow plan includes a number of users. Every person on your team takes one, whatever their role, and so does every invitation that hasn't been accepted yet.
| Plan | Users |
|---|---|
| Core | 1 |
| Connect | 3 |
| Grow | 8 |
| Pro | Unlimited |
The free trial is on Grow, so it includes 8 users.
See how many you use
Open Settings → Plan and billing. Users shows how many you use of your plan's limit, including pending invitations.
When you reach the limit
SKUFlow won't send another invitation until a user is free. You can:
- withdraw a pending invitation you no longer need;
- remove someone who has left (Remove someone or leave);
- move to a plan with more users (Change your plan).
Changing someone's role never takes another user.
After a downgrade
If you move to a plan with fewer users than you have, nobody is removed. You can't add anyone until you're under the new limit or upgrade again.
One person, one account
Give each person their own account rather than sharing a login. An account can be signed in on two devices at a time, such as a computer and a phone; signing in on a third ends the oldest session, so a shared login keeps signing people out.
