Business units
Run divisions or locations under one SKUFlow account.
Business units split your shop by division, such as screen printing, embroidery and promotional products, so each one has its own numbers, its own branding on invoices and quotes, its own default tax rate and its own class or tracking in your accounting. Branches group units by location.
Units are optional. Until you add one, nothing in SKUFlow changes: no extra fields, filters or columns.

Who can do what
- Owners and admins add, change and retire units and branches in Settings → Business units.
- Everyone on the team can see the units, pick them on records they can edit, and filter lists and reports by them.
Adding and changing units needs the Pro plan. If you move to another plan, your units and their history stay, and you can still retire or delete them.
