Usage and AI credits
See this month's AI credits, texts and emails against your plan, buy more AI credits, and understand what's billed past the allowance.
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of AI credits, texts and SKUFlow emails. Settings → Plan and billing shows how much you've used under This month. Owners and admins can see it.

What's counted

Allowances reset every month, also on yearly plans. Extra texts and emails are capped at ten times the allowance a month, so a runaway campaign can't run up a huge bill. During the free trial, texts and emails stop at the allowance and nothing extra is billed.
Buy AI credits
When AI credits run low, buy a credit pack under Buy AI credits:

Click a pack to buy it. Purchased credits last a year and are used after your monthly allowance. To top up automatically, click Set up automatic top-ups.
Phone usage
With the phone system add-on, calls, extra numbers, recordings and transcription are billed on top of your plan at cost plus 20%. Usage billed on top this period shows the running total. See Add-ons.
