Send a quote, invoice or reminder
Email or text a quote, an invoice, a payment reminder or the customer portal link, with a preview you can edit before it goes.
The Send buttons on quotes, invoices and customers open a preview first. You see who it goes to, whether their consent allows it, and the exact message, which you can edit.
| Button | Where | Sends |
|---|---|---|
| Send quote | A quote | The quote with its link to view and approve |
| Send invoice | An invoice | The invoice with its pay link |
| Send reminder | A sent or overdue invoice | A reminder with the pay link |
| Send portal link | A customer | The link to their customer portal |

Send it
Click Send.
Sending a draft quote marks it as sent; sending a draft invoice issues it. If it's quiet hours, the dialog says when the message will go.
If an automation would send the same thing within the hour (for example the invoice email), it doesn't repeat what you just sent.
