Brand your emails
Set your logo, colors, buttons, font, banner, footer and social links for every email SKUFlow sends.
The email theme sets how every email looks: quotes, invoices, reminders, receipts and campaigns. Owners and admins edit it in Settings → Messaging → Email theme.
Logo and header
Under Logo and header, set the Logo (the same logo as on your invoices and customer pages), the Logo size and Logo position, and the Header background. A white logo needs a dark header to show. Add a Line under the logo, such as "Custom apparel and promo products since 1998", and an optional Banner image.
Colors and font
Under Colours and font, set the Accent colour (the bar across the top and your buttons), the page and email backgrounds, text and link colors, and the Font.
Buttons
Under Buttons, choose Filled or Outline, the button color and the corners.
Footer and social links
Under Footer and social links, add Footer text such as your website and hours, and your Facebook, Instagram, Google, Yelp and website links.
Save
Check the Email preview on the right: it shows your unsaved changes. Click Save theme.

Design the theme with AI
Click Design with AI to draft colors, buttons and a font from your website's colors, your logo and your kind of shop. Check the preview, then Apply and save, or Undo AI theme. Uses AI credits.
