Get your shop ready to sell
A setup checklist for a new SKUFlow business, from online payments and decoration prices to your team and your data.
Once your business is named, a few settings make the biggest difference to your first week. You don't need all of them before your first quote; work down the list as you go. Most of these are for owners and admins.
Fill in your company profile
Add your logo, check your timezone and write the terms customers sign when they approve a quote. See Set up your company profile.
Turn on online payments
Connect a Stripe account so customers can pay invoices and deposits by card or bank online. It takes about five minutes. See Set up online payments.
Set your decoration prices
Check the decoration methods SKUFlow starts you with (screen print, embroidery, DTF, DTG and more) and change their price tables, fees and surcharges to yours. See Set up decoration pricing.
Add your products
Add the blanks and products you sell, or connect your suppliers to import them with live cost and stock. See Products & catalog.
Set up sales tax
Add the tax rates for where you ship, or a default rate. See Sales tax.
Invite your team
Give each person their own account and the right role. See Invite your team.
Bring in your data
Moving from another system or a spreadsheet? Import your customers, pricebook, open quotes and history. See Imports.
Turn on texting and email
Register your texting number and check how your emails go out, so quotes and invoices reach customers. See Messaging & email.
