Name your business
Give your business the name customers see on quotes, invoices and texts, and tell SKUFlow what kind of shop you run.
The first time you sign in, SKUFlow asks What's your business called? The name you enter is the one your customers see on quotes, invoices, emails and texts. It also becomes your SKUFlow web address.
Enter the business name
Type it in Business name, the way customers know you (for example "Northside Prints").
Choose your kind of shop
Under What do you sell or decorate?, pick the closest match: screen printing, embroidery, promotional products, print on demand, signs and graphics, or Something else.
Continue
Click Continue. Next you choose a plan or keep the free trial (Choose your plan).
What your kind of shop changes
- A new website starts from a template, style and photos for your trade.
- The pricebook's starter items fit your trade.
- SKUFlow AI is told what kind of shop you run, so its suggestions fit.
Changing it later never changes anything you've already made.
Change the name or kind of shop later
Open Settings → Company profile. Edit Organization name or Your kind of shop and save. Your web address stays the same when you rename the business. See Set up your company profile.
Only owners and admins are asked to name the business. If you joined by invitation, you go straight into your team's business.
