Getting started

Find your way around

Where everything lives in SKUFlow, from the menu and search to settings and your own account.

SKUFlow keeps the work of a decoration shop in one menu on the left: selling, production, products, billing and customers. This page shows where to find things. What you see depends on your role and your plan, so some items may be missing for you.

On a phone, tap the menu button at the top to open the menu. On a computer you can collapse the menu to icons with Collapse sidebar.

Search and quick actions

Click Search at the top of the menu, or press Ctrl + K (⌘ + K on a Mac). Type a customer name, an address or a number such as INV-12 or Q-104 to jump straight to it.

The same box has quick actions: New customer, New quote, New request, New invoice and Record a payment.

Record numbers

SKUFlow numbers your records for you, per business:

PrefixRecord
REQ-Request
Q-Quote
ORD-Order
INV-Invoice
PAY-Payment
PO-Purchase order

A request, its quote and the invoice made from it link to each other under Linked records.

Settings

Click Settings at the bottom of the menu. Settings are grouped the way you'd look for them: Your business (company profile, team members, plan and billing, payments, taxes, activity log), Customers (lead sources, custom fields, online requests, imports), Products, suppliers and decoration, and Integrations. Most settings can be changed only by owners and admins.

Your own account

Your name, picture, password, two-step verification and notifications are under Account settings in the menu that opens from your name. See Account & billing.
