Getting started

Set up your company profile

Add your logo, check your business name and timezone, and set the terms customers agree to when they approve a quote.

Your company profile is how customers and your team see your business: the logo and name on quotes, invoices, emails and your customer pages, the timezone your dates follow, and the terms customers sign. Owners and admins can change it.

Open it from Settings → Company profile.

Under Organization logo, click the picture area and choose an image, or drop one onto it. The logo appears on your quote and invoice pages, the customer portal and your branded emails.

Check your name and kind of shop

  • Organization name: the name customers see. Renaming keeps your SKUFlow web address.
  • Your kind of shop: what your business sells or decorates. New websites and the pricebook's starter items start from it, and SKUFlow AI is told. Changing it doesn't change anything already made.

Set your timezone

SKUFlow takes your browser's timezone when you name the business. Under Timezone, change it if your shop is somewhere else. "Today", invoices turning overdue and report days all follow this timezone.

Write the terms customers sign

Under What customers sign, the Quote terms are what a customer agrees to when they approve a quote online: authorization, changes, deposits and how long the price is valid.

Start from the default

Leave the box empty to use SKUFlow's plain-language default (shown in grey). Write {business} anywhere to put in your business name.

Write your own wording

Type your own terms over it. Have them reviewed for your state and business: the default is a starting point, not legal advice.

Save

Click Save.

Each approval keeps a copy of the exact terms the customer saw. Changing your wording later never changes what an earlier customer agreed to.
