Invite your team
Invite people to your business by email with the role they should have, and resend or withdraw an invitation.
Invite each person with their own email address and the role they should have. They get an email with a link; when they open it and sign in (or create an account) with that address, they join your business with that role. Owners and admins can invite people.
Every person takes one of your plan's users, whatever their role, and so does every pending invitation. Core includes 1 user, Connect 3, Grow 8 and Pro unlimited. See Users on your plan.
Send an invitation
Open your team
In the menu, click Team → Members, or open Settings → Team members.
Click Invite with a role
The Invite with a role dialog opens.
Enter their email and role
Type their Email and choose the Role: Owner, Admin, Staff or Member. Only an owner can invite another owner. See Roles and permissions.

Send it
Click Send invitation. SKUFlow emails them the link and shows it once under Acceptance link, so you can also click Copy link and send it yourself. If the email couldn't be sent, copy the link and send it.
What the invited person does
- They open the link in the invitation email.
- If they're new to SKUFlow, they choose Create an account with the email address the invitation was sent to. Their account joins your business straight away.
- If they already have an account, they sign in with that address and accept.
The invitation only works for the address it was sent to. Someone signed in with another account is asked to sign out and continue with the right one.
Pending invitations
Invitations not accepted yet are listed under Pending invitations, with the date they expire.
- Change the role: pick another role for the invitation. That makes a new link and emails it; the earlier link stops working.
- Withdraw: click the withdraw button and confirm. The link stops working at once. You can invite them again later.
