AI across SKUFlow
Where AI helps in SKUFlow besides the assistant, which plan each feature is on, and what uses AI credits.
Besides SKUFlow AI, the assistant, AI does the first draft or the routine part of several jobs. In every case you stay in charge: AI drafts, you review, and nothing goes to a customer until you (or a rule you set) send it.
Each of these uses your business's AI credits. When credits run out or AI isn't available, SKUFlow falls back to a template you can edit, or leaves the job to you, and says so.
Website
When you build your SKUFlow website, AI writes a first draft from what's already in SKUFlow: your business, the kind of work you do and your products. It invents no reviews or claims; check the wording before you publish. See Website.
Online stores
When you set up a store, SKUFlow AI can write the words for it. They're marked "Written by SKUFlow AI: check the words." See Online stores.
Review replies
On a Google review, click Draft with AI for a reply in your business's voice, then edit and post it. See Reviews.
Campaigns and email designs
- In a campaign, Draft with AI writes the email or text from what you tell it. It never invents prices or offers you didn't give. See Marketing.
- In the email designer, Design with AI lays out an email, or your email theme with Design the theme with AI. You can change every block afterwards. See Messaging & email.
Call summaries
AI call summaries write a short summary of each call from its transcript, on the call's page. Turn them on in Settings → Phone. See Phone.
Imports
When you import from another system or a spreadsheet, Suggest with AI maps the columns SKUFlow doesn't recognize. Check the mapping before you import. See Upload and map your files.
