Open SKUFlow AI on any page to ask about your business, have it make changes, or open a form already filled in.
SKUFlow AI sits in a round bubble on every page. Ask it a question in your own words, or tell it what you want done. Everyone on the team can use it.
Open it
Click the bubble
Click the SKUFlow AI bubble, or press ⌘ J on a Mac (Ctrl
J on Windows). The panel opens beside the bubble. On a phone it fills the screen.
Ask
Type in Ask SKUFlow AI… and press Send, or tap one of the suggestions such as Which invoices are overdue?
What you can ask
Questions about your business. SKUFlow AI looks things up in your records and answers with links to what it found.
- "Which invoices are overdue?"
- "How did we do this month compared with last month?"
- "What has Riverside Little League ordered this year?"
- "Which blanks are below their reorder point?"
Changes. SKUFlow AI proposes the change and waits for you to approve it. See Approve its changes.
- "Add Riverside Little League as a customer, coach Dana Whitfield, dana@example.com."
- "Draft a quote for 150 navy tees with a 2-color front print for Riverside Little League."
- "Invoice the approved Riverside quote and send it."
Forms filled in for you. Say "start", "draft", "fill in" or "open" and SKUFlow AI opens the form with everything it knows filled in, so you can check it and click Save yourself. Nothing is saved until you do. It can open a new quote, a new customer, or a payment on an invoice.

Finding your way. "Show me unpaid invoices" or "Where do I change our decoration prices?" SKUFlow AI opens the page, or points at the button you need.
It knows where you are
SKUFlow AI sees which page you're on, so "this customer" or "this quote" means the one in front of you. It also knows your business, your name and role, and today's date in your business's time zone.
What it can and can't do
- It can do anything you could do yourself in SKUFlow, and nothing more. A member's SKUFlow AI can only read; a staff member's can't issue refunds.
- It never invents records. If it can't find something, it says so.
- It can't change your own profile, and it can never approve another AI assistant's request.

On Core and Connect
SKUFlow AI is on the Grow and Pro plans. On other plans the bubble is replaced by a small "SKUFlow AI is on the Grow plan" note with See plans, which you can Hide.
