SKUFlow AI

AI credits

How many AI credits each plan includes, what uses them, and what happens when they run out.

Everything AI does in SKUFlow (the assistant, website and store drafts, review replies, campaign and email drafts, call summaries and import mapping) runs on AI credits. Every plan includes a monthly allowance, and you can buy more.

Credits on each plan

PlanAI credits per month
Core100
Connect500
Grow2,000
Pro5,000

The allowance resets every month. SKUFlow AI and some AI features are on Grow and Pro only (see AI across SKUFlow); credits on Core and Connect are for the AI features those plans have.

How credits are counted

A credit is a small, fixed amount of AI work. How many credits something uses depends on how much the AI reads and writes: a short review reply uses less than a long chat with SKUFlow AI that looks through many records. Every AI action uses at least 1 credit.

Before an AI action starts, SKUFlow checks that you have enough credits for it, so you're never left with half a result.

When credits run out

Credits are a hard limit: AI pauses until you buy credits or the month resets.

  • SKUFlow AI tells you it's out of credits.
  • Website copy, review replies and import mapping fall back to a template or plain matching you can edit.
  • Campaign and email design drafts say they can't run.
  • Over the API, AI actions answer 402 PLAN_LIMIT_REACHED.

Settings → Plan and billing shows the credits used this month.

Buy more credits

Owners and admins can buy credit packs in Settings → Plan and billing, under Buy AI credits:

PackPrice
1,000 credits$10
5,000 credits$45
20,000 credits$160

Bought credits last a year and are used only after your monthly allowance runs out. See Account & billing.

Using SKUFlow from ChatGPT, Claude or another assistant doesn't use your AI credits for the assistant's own thinking: that runs on the assistant's side. Buying credits is always done by a person in SKUFlow; an API key or AI assistant can't buy them.
