Upload a catalog file

Use any supplier's price list as a CSV or XLSX file, map its columns once and import from it.

For a supplier SKUFlow doesn't connect to directly, upload its price list as a CSV or XLSX file. You map the columns once; then you browse and import from it like any other supplier. JDS connections use the same upload if you'd rather load the file yourself. Owners and admins can upload catalog files.

Add a file connection

Go to Settings → Suppliers, click Connect supplier and pick Catalog file (CSV or XLSX). Give it a Name, such as the supplier's name, and click Connect.

Upload the file

On the connection, click Upload catalog file, then Choose file. Files can be up to 15 MB.

Map the columns

For each field, pick the file's column, or Not in the file. SKUFlow suggests a mapping from the column names (and with AI for the rest; it says Columns suggested by AI: check them.). The fields are:

  • Style (groups rows): rows with the same style become one product with color and size variants. Without it, every row is its own product.
  • Product name, Brand, Style number, Category, Description.
  • Colour, Colour hex, Size, SKU, GTIN / UPC.
  • Your cost, Retail price, Weight (lb), Picture URL, Stock.

Use the file

Click Use this file. The file becomes this connection's catalog. Click Browse to import products from it.

A file doesn't have live stock. When the supplier sends a new price list, upload it again on the same connection.
