Variants and prices
See each color and size with its cost, price and supplier stock, set your own prices, and choose what you sell.
Each product has a variant for every color and size. The Variants list on the product page shows its SKU, Price, Supplier stock and whether you're Selling it. Owners and admins also see Our cost.

How a variant's price is set
- By the rule: by default, the price follows your pricing rule from the variant's cost. When the supplier's cost changes, the price follows.
- Your price: type a price on a variant to fix it. A rule never changes a price you set. Click Use the rule to go back to the rule's price.
Larger sizes from suppliers usually cost more, so they get a higher price under the rule too.
Change prices in bulk
- Tick the variants to change, or Select every variant.
- Choose Set price and enter the price, or Sell / Stop selling.
Variants you Stop selling aren't offered when you add the product to a new quote.
Discontinued variants
When a supplier stops listing a color or size, the variant is marked Discontinued. It's never deleted, because quotes and orders may still point at it.
Pick the pricing rule for one product
Under Pricing on the product page, Pricing rule shows the rule the product Follows. Leave it on The matching rule, or pick a specific rule for this product. The panel also shows Price from, Our cost from and the margin.
