Add a product
Add a product you sell by hand, with its kind, details and every color and size.
Add a product by hand when it doesn't come from a connected supplier: a local blank, your own merch, an item you buy from a supplier you haven't connected. To bring in products from S&S Activewear, SanMar and others, import them instead. Owners, admins and staff can add products.
Start a new product
In the left menu, under Inventory, click Products, then Add product.

Fill in the details
Under Details, enter the Name (required). Then, as needed:
- Kind: Apparel, Promo, Large format or Other. The kind sets the suggested print locations and the sales tax class (apparel is taxed as clothing).
- Brand, Style number, Category and Tags (comma separated, such as
bestseller, team) to find it later. - Description.
Add the colors and sizes
Under Variants, click Add variant for each color and size you sell. Give each a Colour, Size, SKU, Our cost and, if you want a fixed price, Your price. Leave the price empty to follow your pricing rule.
For a large-format product, add Materials instead, priced per square foot. See Large format products.
Save
Click Add product. The product page opens, where you can add pictures and decoration areas.

Archive or delete a product
On the product page, click Archive to stop selling a product while keeping it on file; quotes and orders that use it keep working. Turn on Archived in the Products list to see archived products, and click Restore to bring one back.
Delete product removes the product and can't be undone. Archive it instead if any quote or order might use it.
