Keep products up to date
How supplier cost and stock refresh, how your own changes are kept, and how to refresh a product now.
Supplier costs and stock change all the time. SKUFlow refreshes imported products from your suppliers for you, and never overwrites the changes you make.
Automatic sync
Products from suppliers with live stock (S&S Activewear, SanMar, alphabroder, Momentec and other PromoStandards suppliers) refresh their cost and stock about every 6 hours. Each connection in Settings → Suppliers shows when it last synced. Click Sync now to refresh all of a connection's products right away.
When the cost changes, prices that follow a pricing rule follow it. Prices you set yourself don't change.
Refresh one product
On the product page, click Refresh from supplier to update its cost, stock and pictures now.
Your changes are kept
When you change a product that came from a supplier (its name, description, brand, style number, category, tags or kind), the page says Your changes stay when the product is imported or refreshed again. The same goes for a variant's price, SKU and whether you're selling it.
To go back to the supplier's value for a field, click Use the supplier's next to it. The next refresh uses the supplier's value.
When a supplier drops an item
Colors and sizes the supplier stops listing are marked Discontinued. They stay on file because quotes and orders may use them.
For JDS, add your API token to the connection to hide the items JDS no longer sells from the catalog.
If a connection needs attention
If a supplier refuses the login (for example, after you change your password), the connection shows Needs attention and stops syncing. Edit the connection, enter the new login and click Test connection.
