Import products

Search a supplier's catalog, open a style for its pictures, prices and stock, and import the styles you sell.

Import the styles you sell from a connected supplier. Each style comes in as one product with its colors and sizes, your cost, the supplier's stock and pictures, priced by your pricing rules. Owners, admins and staff can import.

First, connect a supplier.

Find styles

Open the catalog

Go to Products and click Import from supplier. If you have more than one supplier, pick the connection.

Search and filter

Search by style number, name or brand, and narrow the list with Brand, Category and Colour under Filters.

Import from supplier with search, filters and style cards

Screenshot coming soon

Open a style

Click a card to see the style's details: pictures per color and view, description, features, specifications, spec sheet and size chart. Under Sizes and colours, you see your price under the pricing rule and the supplier's stock for each color and size (owners and admins also see your cost and margin). Stock by warehouse shows where it's stocked, As of a time; click Refresh stock for the latest.

Import one style

In the style's details, choose the colors and sizes you sell (none chosen imports all), then click Import (the button counts the variants). When it's done, click Open product.

Import many styles at once

Select styles

Tick the checkbox on each card, or click Select all on this page. Hold Shift to select a range. From a style's details, click Add to selection. Your selection is kept as you search and page through the catalog.

Review

In the bar at the bottom, click Import with the number of styles. For each style, use Colours & sizes to narrow what you import, and check the price it starts from.

Import

Click Import. Styles go in batches of 25, with progress shown. Each style ends as Imported, Updated (it was imported before) or Failed with the reason. Failed styles stay selected so you can try again.

Importing a style again updates it from the supplier (cost, stock, new colors and pictures); it never makes a duplicate, and it never overwrites changes you made. See Keep products up to date.
