Turn on the phone system
Add the Phone system to your plan, then switch it on in Settings → Phone.
The phone system is an add-on you can add to any plan. It includes one local number besides your texting number. Extra numbers, call minutes, recordings and transcription are billed with your SKUFlow subscription at Twilio's cost + 20%.
The free trial includes the phone system within its limits.
Add it to your plan
An owner goes to Settings → Billing and, under Add-ons, adds Phone system. You accept the usage terms before it's added. See Account & billing.
Switch it on
Go to Settings → Phone and click Turn on phone system.
Set it up
Add your numbers, a ring group and your business hours.

Turn it off
Switch off Answer calls in SKUFlow in Settings → Phone. SKUFlow stops answering calls; your numbers and call history stay.
Texting from your number
Texting from your business number needs a carrier registration. Settings → Phone shows a reminder until it's approved. See Set up texting.
